Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you find yourself in one of the circumstances outlined below we will issue a store credit or mend the item if applicable. Please see below for specific details on our return policy.
RETURNS ACCEPTED
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Returns due to item damage during shipping must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Returns due to faulty craftsmanship must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Upon reporting, an agreement will be made to either repair the item, refund the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping cost), or issue store credit. Examples of faulty craftsmanship are limited to the following: seams coming open, fraying at the seam, faulty hardware (includes trigger snaps with a broken spring and zippers that are completely stuck)
RECLAIMED MATERIALS
The products offered on this site are made with reclaimed materials. We make every effort to source materials that are in the best condition possible, and offer our products in good faith. We cannot guarantee the longevity of reclaimed materials, and cannot accept returns due to damage of these materials later than 30 days after purchase.
If damage occurs outside of the 30 day return window please contact us at customerservice@inherentdesignstudio.com to inquire about mending if possible. If mending is possible, it will be offered free of service charge for up to 186 days (roughly 6 months) after purchase date; all requests after this window will be subject to a service charge which will be determined after we receive and inspect the item. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer for item mending.
RETURN PROCESS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer's receipt of their Return Merchandise Authorization number (hereinafter referred to as "RMA").
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tag attached (this does not apply to returns due to faulty craftsmanship).
To return an item, please email us at customerservice@inherentdesignstudio.com with at least 2 images of the relevant damage or craftsmanship error, as well as proof of purchase. If the return is approved, we will respond with an RMA number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in packaging comparable to how your order was received from Inherent Design Studio. Include your proof of purchase in the return packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #.
STORE CREDIT
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 business days (Monday through Friday) from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
